We had Jeff Chism come out and give us a quote for a new insulated door. Very professional and polite. He didn't try to upsell us something we didn't need. He got our new door ordered and I'm sure that the install process will go great. We've done business with Precision in the past so it was a no-brainer to give them a call for a new door.

I had an estimate done by Precision Door for repair of mt garage doors and structure. The estimator was polite and knowledgeable. I ended up with another company because they were replacing two doors entirely rather than selective panel replacement and the final cost was less.

My first dealing with Chrissy setting up the appointment was smooth and she was very accommodating. She gave me several appointment times available over the next 2 or 3 days. The service tech Alec contacted me 20 minutes before arrival and he was 40 minutes into the 2 hour appointment window Chrissy gave me. Alec was personable and efficient. He had everything set up for the install in a few minutes and went right to work. He was finished in about 90 minutes and then completely explained the many functions available to me. Pointing out the new safety features my old door did not have. Overall the entire process could not have been handled any better. Thank you

So far VERY impressed. I called because of cute manager (kid in commercial), and reviews online and glad I did. Jeff was here within a few hours explained my options and costs, searched to see if repair an option first. Need new door so was presented options with prices. Also provided discounts that were available. Was very knowledgeable and friendly, answered all questions. Ordered door while here and gave estimate for installation. First, 1 week ago Monday.9th. I was scheduled to have my door installed. The installer called me and told me he was on his way to install my garage door, I told him the site was not prepared to change from8 to 10’ . I was told by the person who answered the phone that there was nothing on the schedule to notify the contractor to do the prep work.she then rescheduled the job for today, the contractor for the framing for the larger door arrived on schedule and did as was required. After a lengthy period,I called the office and was told that the technician was scheduled and she would call him and provide my no. And have him call me.at approx 4pm the tech. Called me and told me that he was about 10 min.out, when he arrives he explained to me that another.tech.was in the hospital and that it had disrupted the schedule and he apologized to me for the firm..I feel that a member of the office staff should have called me and apraised me of the delay meanwhile I was unable to do any thing because my garage would be unsecure and access to the contents would be available and I have several thousand dollars of equipment stored in there. The.tech provided a very professional product to me.and I am very satisfied, however I feel due to the inconvenience to me I should be refunded a part of the money that I paid.thiswould show me that your firm cares and would make me feel more flavorful toward your firm.when asked for my opinion by a potential potential customer. Saw the commercial on TV and decided to call to get an estimate. The salesman, Jeff was on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, giving us many options and not pressuring us at all. You could tell he really enjoyed his job! He explained the process and time frame . After listening to him and discussing our options we decided to order a new garage door to replace our 32 year old one.
