I had scheduled estimates with 2 other local companies and I ended up cancelling the appointments and choosing Precision based solely on my interactions with Chrissy O. I stopped in the showroom and she was incredibly kind, helpful and informative. She answered every question, sent an estimate immediately and went above and beyond to provide great service. Looking forward to the installation of our new door and opener.

Roy arrived on time and was professional and so easy to talk with. He explained all the door options and was able to show me exactly how each door would look on my house. Roy also took the time to fully answer all of my questions. I haven't experienced this level of exceptional customer service and reasonable pricing in a very long time. I highly recommend this company!!!

Today, Mike, came to replace our garage door that was damaged. He called ahead and said he would be here in 30 minutes. This he did. Milke was professional, dedicated, highly competent in his abilities to do what was needed for us, and the work was done efficiently and very satisfactory to us. When finished Mike went through his tips for me to follow up on maintaining this large investment that we made in their high-quality garage doors. Would we call them again foe service regarding their product - without a doubt. John Loss

We are extremely pleased with the service we received. Our issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. I was shocked by the increase cost of replacing 2 panels of our garage door, but I feel we were being treated fairly. We will continue to call on Precision Doors with any future garage door needs.

My niece had your company install her new garage door. She was very pleased with your product and service. That’s why I choose your company. The sales representative(Roy) was very helpful in helping choose the right door. I would definitely refer your company to either friends or family. Again thank you for a great experience.

We had Jeff Chism come out and give us a quote for a new insulated door. Very professional and polite. He didn't try to upsell us something we didn't need. He got our new door ordered and I'm sure that the install process will go great. We've done business with Precision in the past so it was a no-brainer to give them a call for a new door.

Mike and Dan were very experienced, professional, efficient and neat installers. We have every confidence that our garage doors were installed properly, and that the doors themselves are good quality. Chrissy, in the showroom, helped us pick out the door type and style. She was extremely knowledgeable and was a tremendous help to us. She showed us all our options and guided us to something appropriate for the style of our home. She did a great job! Based on our experience, we would recommend this company without hesitation.

I had an estimate done by Precision Door for repair of mt garage doors and structure. The estimator was polite and knowledgeable. I ended up with another company because they were replacing two doors entirely rather than selective panel replacement and the final cost was less.
