Wow! What a major difference. I am completely blown away by the quality and appearance of this brand new garage door. Our installer (Travis) was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. The overall customer experience was second to none. Called on a Saturday and have a new door and opener etc all installed the following Wednesday! Great inspection and very clear explanation of estimate and work that would be done. Came home today to completed project with no mess left behind. Thank you for such a great professional job!

I would highly recommend Precision Door. We had issues with our garage door opener, I called and Bob the Technician came out the same day. Very knowledgeable and professional. We decided to replace our very old wood 2 car garage door and opener. With Bob's recommendations we placed our order the end of June. The only reason I am not giving a full five stars is at the time of order, we were told the door would be replaced in 4 to 6 weeks. I had to make a call at the 6 week mark to inquire as to the status of our order. At that time I would told it would actually be 8 to 10 weeks. At the 10 week mark I received a phone call and the work was scheduled. Travis came out to install the door, opener and replaced everything. He was remarkably fast but highly competent, very friendly and professional. The work was completed to our satisfaction in a little over 4 hours.

Only issue I have is that I had a few different estimates done and precision was the highest of all them! I can go to Hamburg Overhead and get two doors for the price of on with what Precision quoted me.

Mike was amazing!!! Despite working alone and in the pouring rain, my garage door was installed in 3 hours...He took the time to explain proper care and maintenance (I had no idea) and offered some suggestions for when it is time to replace my (old) garage door opener. This company was recommended to me by my son who used them for his garage doors. I needed 2 new doors installed on a new pole barn. Travis was the service tech, and he was very professional. Mike Okonzak was excellent. He arrived when he said he would. He had to replace our two car garage door. Before he began, Mike explained everything he was going to do. When he finished, he showed me what he did. He explained to me how to care for the garage door and the track as well as the importance of using silicone spray as opposed to WD-40. We’re extremely happy with Mike’s high quality workmanship and the high quality materials that Precision offers. Unfortunately, we previously had work done several times by their competitor. Seeing the difference between the two regarding the workmanship and the materials is like “night and day.”
