the technician responded quickly to my Saturday call when I discovered my garage cable snapped. I had options and decided to replace the door. my only negative comment involved the length of time it took to get my door ordered. other than that, once it arrived and I scheduled replacement the process went well. the young man who installed the door was professional, courteous and got the job completed timely.

Although I googled Buffalo Overhead Door, Precision Door popped up. I called and Jeff, salesman was out within a couple hours. He was professional, honest and down-to-earth. I made the purchase right then and there. There was no pressure. Your company is excellent. I hope when the door is installed, I will have the same review.

I blew a garage door spring with my car inside. Several people on Facebook suggested Precision so I gave you a call. A very concerned woman on the phone some one would respond between 4-7. Great! My phone rang shortly there after and the service tech said he would be at the house in about 20 minutes. He was very helpful, knowable, answered by questions about a new door and didn't try to upsell me plus he liberated my Tuscon.

My sales representative Jeff was amazing. His product knowledge incredible. His professionalism was impeccable. I had previously invited 3 other companies to quote a door for me. Precision was not the cheapest... however, they were competitive and by far the best. 6 months later every time I pull into my driveway I smile. You don't need to go anywhere else. Just call Precision. Happiness guaranteed!

Precision Door installed my new garage door, and I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with Matthew the installer, the product, and Precision Door. They did everything they said they would, they are very prompt, and knowledgeable about the product they sell and install. When I originally called Precision Door they had Jeff here the same day. Jeff told me it would take 4-6 weeks for the door to arrive and sure enough the door was here in 4 weeks. When Matthew arrived he introduced himself, and before he started he asked if I had any questions. After he finished he didn’t leave until I was completely satisfied and had no questions. Matthew also made sure he picked up any discarded materials and the garage was cleaned. I would definitely recommend Precision Door and Matthew to anyone who asked me who I purchased my door from and the installer. JOB WELL DONE. Thank you Precision Door, John
