Mike was amazing!!! Despite working alone and in the pouring rain, my garage door was installed in 3 hours...He took the time to explain proper care and maintenance (I had no idea) and offered some suggestions for when it is time to replace my (old) garage door opener. This company was recommended to me by my son who used them for his garage doors. I needed 2 new doors installed on a new pole barn. Travis was the service tech, and he was very professional. Later in the day another tech joined him, and the work was completed. They were both friendly and did excellent work. The doors look and operate great. I am glad I chose this company.

I had some friends who had a precision door which was very quiet compared to my door which was very old. And so when it came time for a new door I thought of precision and called them. my new door is just as quiet as my friends! it completely met all my expectations. Mike, my installer, was a great guy, very personable, knowledgable, hard working, wonderful guy! He explained everything and did a great job. I highly recommend Precision Garage door!

Mike Okonzak was excellent. He arrived when he said he would. He had to replace our two car garage door. Before he began, Mike explained everything he was going to do. When he finished, he showed me what he did. He explained to me how to care for the garage door and the track as well as the importance of using silicone spray as opposed to WD-40. We’re extremely happy with Mike’s high quality workmanship and the high quality materials that Precision offers. Unfortunately, we previously had work done several times by their competitor. Seeing the difference between the two regarding the workmanship and the materials is like “night and day.”

Prompted by a broken spring and a desire to replace my garage door, Precision is one of three companies I called for a quote. One gave me numbers over the phone, but their tech cannot visit until Monday (today is Thursday). The other will call me next week to schedule a time. A tech from Precision extended his day to visit me less than two hours after calling. He was candid and very knowledgeable. While this visit was only a quote, my first impression is very good.

I had a new garage door installed. I Pricked Presision because a few months preiously my old door lost a wheel, and withmuch crashing, the door was inoperable. This was on a late Saturday afternoon. Precision came and fixed that proble - when it became obvious I needed to replace the door, I called Precision. The installers for the new door called ahead, worked steadily, answered all mt concerns, and were polite and agreeable while doing the job. Very pleased with the outcome and the new door. It is really sad that there are companies like yours. I got a quote for same door. apples to apples. Their quote: $1,750. Your quote: $3,249. You should be ashamed of yourself how you gouge people.

Hi Julio, If you think that is the case I would take up us on our 105% apples to apples price match warranty. Simply send us a copy of the written estimate and if that's true we'll take an additional 5% off their price. Unfortunately, I can see we quoted you for a door that comes with a lifetime warranty "parts and labor". Our cost on that particular door is more than you were quoted. We are the largest retailer in Western New York, so I don't see how someone would be able to quote a lower price than our cost on that product. Best of luck with whatever company you choose to go with.

Excellent experience. Travis was on time, had a great, customer-centric attitude and did an amazing installation job. I couldn’t be happier with my new door. He mentioned that his parents named him Travis after Travis Tritt, and his middle name Ryan after Nolan Ryan (my first name is Nolan, which is why it came up). I can honestly say, I’m now such a big fan of his, if I ever have another kid, I’m going to name him Travis. This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Services, and while I’d love to hope I won’t need them again, I know if I do, I won’t hesitate to make the call. From beginning to end (I can’t remember the name of the salesman who sold us the door but he was great too), I have zero complaints. Thank you!

No complaints. Sent a rep out right away to assess my problem and provide options/quotes. Once the door came in, installation was scheduled that same week. Mike Okonzak handled the installation and was excellent. Work was completed in a timely manner, looks to be good quality work, and Mike was very knowledgeable explaining operation & maintenance of the door.

Only issue I have is that I had a few different estimates done and precision was the highest of all them! I can go to Hamburg Overhead and get two doors for the price of on with what Precision quoted me.
