Tony was great. Very friendly and answered all questions I had for him during my door springs replacement. He even found and corrected a problem with the right side lift cable. It seems the cable was winding backwards and was rubbing on the roller wheels, this problem was from the installation when the house was built in 2003.

I found Precision in the phone book and I must say they were very prompt. They came the very next morning and checked out our problem. The old springs needed to be replaced. The technician was very courteous and very knowledgeable of his job. The work was performed and the door is working quite well. I would give Precision Overhead Door a rating of (5) Five plus!!

Having the bad fortune of having a garage door break late on a Saturday afternoon I never imagined I would find a company open. Within 4 hours, Precision had a service technician at our house to fix the problem. The service technician was professional and fixed the door in no time. We called on a Sunday due to your 24 emergency service that was advertised in the yellow pages. Henry arrived about 3 hours later, and installed new cables, as well as advising we purchase new rollers for the door as well.
