I had Matt install a new door and remove an old wooden door. It looked to be quite a tough job. He explained everything and made it work on an old door opener. He showed me how it worked. When I get my new door opener I will use precision.

Precision was great! Removal of the old door and installation of the new was fast - only 4 hours. The installer had to work in single digit degree weather and did an awesome job. Highly recommend.

Mike showed up and replaced the garage door in about 4 hours. My install window was 12-4 and he showed up a little after noon. He was friendly and professional, cleaned up after himself, and did a great job with the installation on a cold winter day. My experience with the admin desk and the guy who walked me through my quote was good, as well. Everyone was really professional and nice, no long waits on hold or waiting for call backs. They show you what the door will look like on your garage, and they explain everything thoroughly. Easy peasy. Wish all my home improvement experiences were this smooth! Would definitely recommend!

Installer did a great job. Was clean and done quickly. They gave us suggestions to fix issues we had with our garage door opener and safety eyes. Couldn't fix the door opener as it is not under their job responsibility but did give us suggestions which was great. Safety eyes he installed new with the garage door but also gave tips for future.

Although we had to wait for installation during this pandemic time, the complete installation went spectacularly well! We had the entire garage door, motor, mechanisms and remotes replaced. The men were quiet, worked efficiently, answered questions when we had some, and overall were respectful. Explained the workings of the door, motor and remotes fully, with demonstrations. Double checked their work, swept up, carried away the old door with scraps and actually cleaned the new door and all workings before leaving our residence! We highly recommend and promote this business!

We just completed the ordering process with Ron (Great guy!!!). He made the process easy with no pressure whatsoever. In other words, he wasn't trying to sell us an expensive filet mignon; he let us purchase what we wanted. I was and am very pleased with Precision Door Service. The service rep was prompt, courteous and most importantly HONEST in assessing my door issue. Honesty and courtesy are critical these days. I trust Precision Door Service completely. I've referred a neighbor recently and she was totally pleased. She had an emergency situation and Precision was out to help her the next morning. Now that's service!!!
