Nick G came within 45 minutes when my garage door broke to help me get my cars out and give me a quote for a new door. He was incredibly helpful! 2 days later Mike O was here to install my new door. Mike did an awesome job with my garage door installation. He was prompt and professional. He removed my old broken door, installed my new one, and explained how to maintain and troubleshoot everything. The new door is so much quieter than my old one! I would definitely recommend using precision doors!

Had to have them replace panel on door (my error not product issue). Once again exceptional service. Travis called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. Just a great job of installing a new door system . I cannot remember the names of the to men that did the job . When completed they took us through the complete operation of the door . Went over proper operation of door , maintenance of the door and rollers as well as safety test that need to be done . They were just great all was cleaned up upon completion . This is what I expected from Precision . Great company to do business with.
