We chose Precision Door for a new garage door and opener because of the great reviews and the length of time in business. We are very happy with both our salesperson, Jason, and our install technician, Mike. Mike installed the door and opener in the time promised with no interruption to me, and he and his team were timely and efficient. The door is beautiful and the opener is quiet!

3% of the bill for using a debit card instead of a check or cash is absurb. Very satisfied with the work and the response time.i have used them before and will continue to use them but I wont pay 3% ever again.

I contacted your company because of your outstanding reviews and I am so glad I did. Our garage door was 36 years old and we knew it was time for a replacement when it cracked and bent in several places. I used the online service to make an appointment and called later to confirm. Your appraiser Jeff and an associate arrived on time and were outstanding in their presentation. They explained the process for replacing a garage door and opener and they were of great assistance in helping me select a new door. An extremely reasonable appraisal was presented for my review which I enthusiastically accepted. I must insist on a six star review because before your employees left they maneuvered our broken door to lower it into a completely closed position which insured the safety of the contents in our garage as we await our new door. Thank you for your outstanding service !!! Bob

Great experience getting an estimate for a new garage door from Precision. Jeff S. was excellent at providing the options and explaining the benefits, and I appreciate his knowledgeable approach. The information he provided, and knowing they are highly rated by the BBB gave me confidence in my decision to move forward with it.

I had a new garage door installed and was very impressed with the sales, installer and complete line of employees associated with this company. Everything was handled efficiently and at all time went the extra mile to make this experience easy for me. The Technician (Jason Vorhis ) Was very knowledgeable, explained to me why my original door failed. He also kept me within my price range. Actually beat the lowest price that I got out of eight other quotes I received . He also told me about other discounts. I could get because I am a healthcare worker. ( Product ): Your company had more variety in the price range that I was willing to pay other than the two standard doors from every other company I got a quote from. They were more of a custom look than a standard one for the same price. I work at buffalo general hospital and I know that you work on their garage doors a few times and I know you guys do great work, so thank you. Sincerely Terry Marrow.

Travis, our installer was on time this morning and the rest of his work got better as the day went on. He was extremely knowledgeable helpful, courteous and his professionalism in what he does really showed and shined. I would definitely recommend your company in the future to people who ask who installed the two garage doors. The neighbors even commented how nice the finished product looked. Thanks for your support. Regards Vinny LoDestro

Delightful, responsive sales staff. Price threw me back a bit, but haven’t bought a door in 7-8 years, so maybe…..with inflation and current market conditions. Door is in stock, but Installation booked 3 weeks out, minimally, so not as capable of same responsiveness from the service side.
