I had my garage door replaced. The new door looks great. It is lighter than my previous one and it is insulated. Precision Garage Door replaced my garage door, cables, tracks and torsion coil. Precision had the best value of quality/cost. Initial consult was extremely helpful as the sales representative had immediate access to a professional designer's opinion on what door choice looked best on our house. Holy fast service out next day and repaired a loose cable on a large overhead door before it became a problem Patrick Murrett is an excellent tech got the job done in a half hour and checked the other cable and door for any potential problems. Would defiantly recommend Precision Garage doors.

Hi Chrissy The Precision Garage Door Company is the best company I have ever worked with. Your office staff is so accommodating and professional. The technician that came out to determine was fantastic (I can't remember his name). He told me what was the problem and gave me options for a new door. (My original garage door was over 40 years old). Marty P who came to install the door was also wonderful and professional. He had a hard time removing the old door and all the parts. He did a great job. It was a very cold day too. A few days before my scheduled installation, I was talking with a friend and her brother needs a new garage door and an opener. I purchased a door replacement in November last year. Unfortunately due to the type of opener I have have had multiple issues with it opening and closing. The company has been very responsive to my calls, send a technician out right away, however it just wasn't getting fixed. Matty P came out this week and went right to work. Changing many different things and the door does seem to be working correctly now. Every technician made sure I was satisfied before they left the fixes just didn't seem to last long. Very pleased with customer support and prompt us of service..
