I called Precision Garage Doors this morning around 11:30. They responded with a technician who was at the house by 2:00. After explaining what was broken he shared several options to address the problem. We selected one which was reasonably priced and Jon had it all repaired in just about an hour. Honest, professional, and courteous would be words I’d use to describe them.

I had another company install the doors when the building was new. The springs lost tension and needed to be re-tensioned. The original company wanted to sell me new springs. I don’t use the doors enough to warrant new springs. Thank you for coming out and adding the tension to the springs that are in excellent shape. The service was excellent and the technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

I am extremely happy that I went with this company. When Jeff came out to give me a quote,he assured me that they would not try and increase the quote when they came to do the job. A competeter tried raising the price after I was given a quote and I decided not to go with them. In addition, the quote from Jeff beat the other company. Jeff was true to his word, as well as being a very nice man. The 3 men, all with initials M.J. :) who came out to install the door did an excellent job, they were professional, and gave me all of the information I needed about the door. I would say they went above and beyond on this job fixing the door trim and making sure everything was perfect. Good experience, thank goodness. Even the people who answer the phone are nice!!

So far so great. Percision doors came out within days of my initial call. Jeff came out and immediately was super friendly and knowledgeable about everything he explained. I signed the same day. They beat 3 other prices by hundreds. Almost a thousand cheaper. Obviously this was just the beginning. They said 3-5 weeks for install (standard) I will update once they complete installation. But so far I’ve already recommended them to a few friends. Thanks again.
