This morning my garage door would not open due to cables having snapped. I called Precision to have it repaired and was told that a technician would be here between 10 and 2. He was here just after 10 which was great. Bob Dressler was knowledgeable, friendly and quick! He explained everything that needed to be done, had all the parts on the truck and got the job done in less than 90 minutes. The garage door works like brand new now. Great job. Highly recommended!

Rob was excellent from start to finish. He called when he was on the way, and gave an estimated arrival time. (BTW he was also same day service) When he arrived he talked to me about what we were dealing with, reviewed the situation with me as he looked at all the components of the needed solution, and then went to work. No pressure no sales pitch, just how we were going to get things fixed today. While he was finishing up, he answered some other general questions and also took a minute to make sure everything else on the door and tracks looked right. Great experience from start to finish.

I called Precision Garage Doors this morning around 11:30. They responded with a technician who was at the house by 2:00. After explaining what was broken he shared several options to address the problem. We selected one which was reasonably priced and Jon had it all repaired in just about an hour. Honest, professional, and courteous would be words I’d use to describe them.
