If you like to spend a huge sum of money for very little work, this is the company to call. I was charged $160 for a camera lense adjustment, which amounted to all but 3 seconds of work. The minimum charge of $149 for a visit is more than my doctor, lawyer, and auto mechanic combined. Absolutely brutal...

I called Precision to have the weather stripping replaced on our door. When Bob came out he did a safety check and uncovered some major problems with the door. I ended up getting the gold rebuild package besides having the weather stripping replaced. Bob explained everything to me clearly, was very professional and did not pressure me to buy anything and helped me make the best choice in our situation. He was very courteous and seemed very trustworthy. I was very satisfied with the experience, so much so that I decided to write the review

Precision Door was recommended through Home Advisor. My garage door would not open this weekend. I was contacted by 9am on Monday, and an appointment was made for the same afternoon. Eric Bruton came to my home, assessed the issue, and wrote up 3 proposals, explaining everything to me. The work was completed in less than 2 hours. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I was very happy with the service I received.

I had my garage door serviced on Saturday. I had originally called for a garage door opener to be installed, little did I know you need to have the door serviced on occasion. I have been in my home for 15 years and never had anyone check it and I have no idea how long it had been before that. I had some broken springs in my garage door. So I had them replaced and also had it tuned up and the rollers replaced. I am completely satisfied with the scheduling, promptness of visit, and the work performed. Outstanding all around. The garage door is SO much quieter than it was before. Night and day difference after the tune up. Eric was my technician and he arrived punctual. He was very professional and friendly. It was a great experience all around. I definitely recommend !

Garage door rollers rusted a couple broken one cable. Work was done just right.the way he worked made it clear he was very knowledgeable and maneuvered parts out and replaced them fast a smoothly. Would rate 5 stars

I chose Precision mainly because of its good reputation, but also because they provide good service. I called Precision at 6:45 in the morning and I actually spoke to a person not a machine. The technician was at my house at 8:45 a.m. Besides being very polite, he was very thorough and explained what was wrong in a way I could understand it. Unfortunately, I needed a new door, but in no way did he influence me in any way. He let me make my own decision. For a rating, I would give him five stars...
