The professionalism, attention to detail, and followup on my endless questions that Bari Elmaribi from Precision Door Service gave during my installation made this an easy 5 star review. My garage wasn't your standard installation and held its own complexities, however, Bari made sure that the job was done the right way without adding any addition cost. He really looks out for the customer and lays out what to expect which is much appreciated. He even followed up later to make sure I fully understood everything (especially the WiFi system and resetting the motor's limits) that I needed regarding the system. I would highly recommend Bari and Precision Door Service to anyone. Thanks!!!

Our technician Michael Anna worked extra hard to overcome a pre-existing design flaw in our garage door set-up. He was very meticulous with his work to insure that our door was working safely and correctly. He even took notes, in case he came across this situation in the future! Collin was a fine young man and let us know the full problems with our very old system. He gave us an estimate how much it would cost to make it like new, but the door is very old. So in the end, we decided to invest in a new door. We are very please with his service.

I am not happy with the service I received today. I was quoted one price for the part of 250. When I questioned that, I was given a second quote of 150. I accepted the price of 150 and part was installed. I paid by charge and signed the ipad without seeing the invoice --my fault, although I did say before I signed --$150, correct?. When I checked my invoice it was 175. When I questioned the price,l, I received a call from the tech. He told me it was miss communication and that he told me it was 175. I will not recommended precision door to anyone as I feel I was deceived about the price. I should have asked to check the price before I signed the invoice, but I took him at his word. Very dissatisfied

Frank, I apologize for the confusion. However, the technician insisted he gave you an estimated price before he looked up the price and then told you the correct price, which you repeated back to him. We normally don't play he said she said, but we issued you a refund regardless.

Great service! My garage cables snapped at 7pm and I was able to get an appointment and fully repaired by 9-am the next morning!

The new door came in early and your tech installed it in no time and it looks great. I had never used Precision before. My usual company were unwilling to come for 3 days, so I called Precision due to their ad stating emergency same day services. I received a prompt call back, and they were at house within a little more than an hour. It turned out to be a major issue, and I wa given 3 options. I ended up with the most expensive one because it seemed to make sense. Door is far quieter than when it was news. Serviceman was courteious and professional. I am very pleased with results
