Nice technicians who come to your house, but awful policies. We bought a top of the line garage door, and less than a year later, there were noises. We called Precision, they sent someone out and then insisted on charging $150 plus tax for very minimal service. While I can appreciate that it is a business and not everything should be free, $150 is way too much money for the service performed. If you're looking for service at a fair price, look elsewhere.

Excellent service. We noticed our garage door spring we broken at noon on a Saturday and could not get service on a weekend from the large well know garage door companies in Western New York. Precision Door completed the repairs by 2:00 PM the same day. The operator, Robert was very knowledgeable and too great care to explain all options and he was not hard selling me. He answered all my questions. I am now confident that the garage door will be safe to operate for many years and will not become a hazard to anyone. We use it every day multiple times wish I had it serviced earlier now that I understand how important it is to install better parts and maintain it. Thank you.

Eric, the service tech, came a few hours after our call for service for a broken spring. He presented options for repairing or replacing with a new door. Given the age of our old heavy wooden door, we opted to order a new steel door. Eric then proceeded to do an interim repair that allowed us to use the existing door. Eric explained things very clearly and answered all of our questions. Thank you!

Nice and easy to deal with, called and had a repair tech (Mike) at my house in less than two hours...even received a call from Mike informing me when he'd be there, and showed up within a minute of when he said he would. Mike presented me with my options for the repair, and did the job as expected, nice and quick. When it's time for a new door purchase, Ill be coming back to Precision.

Repairman was very pleasant but left a mess in my garage. There was broken glass from a lightbulb and scraps He also told me the new opener would be $595.00 and he would give the senior discount plus I had a $15.00 coupon. Then he tells me he made a mistake and it was $695.00 but he said he gave a free second remote and a free pad box opener. That would take care of the discounts so it came to $595.00. I paid and he left me no receipt or warranty info. I was not happy!

Our door had been ‘fixed’ a year ago so when it broke this time and I was able to see what had been done, I knew I wasn’t calling the same place again. The reviews and ratings on Precision’s site made me feel the service would be backed up. Our technician, Rob, was very pleasant and accommodating. He explained what was going on and offered options for the repair as well as advice on how to maintain the door. We were sure he was a good man when our German Shepherd went straight to him without barking.

By 1:00 PM today I realized coming into my driveway and trying my garage door opener that there was a major problem. The door would only open and few feet and dropped down to the payment. I called Precision at around 1:30 PM and they told me that they would have someone at my house between 2:00 to 6:00. Around 3:00 Barry showed up. Barry was friendly and polite. He looked the situation over and pointed out immediately what the problem was. We discussed the best course of action and Barry went right to work in a professional manner to fit the door situation. It took a good hour and a half, but was extremely well done. Hopefully, I will not have any more garage door problems in the foreseeable future, but if I do, I will definitely be called upon Barry to fix them!

Biro (Sorry, I'm not sure of the spelling his name) displayed total knowledge of my problem. He demonstrated, to me, how the springs currently on the opener were responsible for the motor failure. The cost of the repair was more than I had anticipated, however, I am confident that the work he did was necessary. The door now opens and closes smoother and quieter than the day we moved into our newly built home. (5 stars)

Rob was out on 6/17 to check our door. He explained what had to be done. We had the old Wayne Dalton set up on both garage doors which were problems from day 1. I called Precision when my garage door was not working. Wow! I got an appointment for the same day and a worker was here a couple hours later. He found the problem and went over all the things I should check if it happens again and checked out everything and lubricated everything so it is much quieter now. The professionalism, attention to detail, and followup on my endless questions that Bari Elmaribi from Precision Door Service gave during my installation made this an easy 5 star review. My garage wasn't your standard installation and held its own complexities, however, Bari made sure that the job was done the right way without adding any addition cost. He really looks out for the customer and lays out what to expect which is much appreciated. He even followed up later to make sure I fully understood everything (especially the WiFi system and resetting the motor's limits) that I needed regarding the system.
