Collin was a fine young man and let us know the full problems with our very old system. He gave us an estimate how much it would cost to make it like new, but the door is very old. So in the end, we decided to invest in a new door. We are very please with his service.

I am not happy with the service I received today. I was quoted one price for the part of 250. When I questioned that, I was given a second quote of 150. I accepted the price of 150 and part was installed. I paid by charge and signed the ipad without seeing the invoice --my fault, although I did say before I signed --$150, correct?. When I checked my invoice it was 175. When I questioned the price,l, I received a call from the tech. He told me it was miss communication and that he told me it was 175. I will not recommended precision door to anyone as I feel I was deceived about the price. I should have asked to check the price before I signed the invoice, but I took him at his word. Very dissatisfied

I had a garage door damaged when my wife backed into it and then opened it. It was a complete disaster until a precision door tech came out and helped me remove it . The new door came in early and your tech installed it in no time and it looks great. Called Precision Garage Door to repair a broken spring installed on the garage door installed on my new build less than 4 years ago by one of their competitors. They were able to send a technician out within hours, they had the materials in stock, the technician provided an honest assessment and product options without being pushy, and completed the repair safely in a timely manner. We had a great experience from beginning to end! We used online chat and they were able to send us someone within a few hours. Our technician, Eric, did an excellent job of explaining everything to us. He gave us multiple options, as well. We replaced our garage door opener, sensors, cables, springs, and keypad (everything but the door, pretty much). The service was performed the same day and we’re very pleased with the results!

I had never used Precision before. My usual company were unwilling to come for 3 days, so I called Precision due to their ad stating emergency same day services. I received a prompt call back, and they were at house within a little more than an hour. It turned out to be a major issue, and I wa given 3 options. I ended up with the most expensive one because it seemed to make sense. Door is far quieter than when it was news. Serviceman was courteious and professional. I am very pleased with results

Technician came out when expected, so one star! We had a chain that had come loose because two bolts had sheared off at the pulley assembly. The technician kept talking about checking the motor and how it would cost $149.95 an hour to do so. I told him it was NOT a problem with the motor, but rather the chain coming off the pulley. He kept saying he was first going to check the motor. Oh, and, hey! A new motor would cost $500 plus two hours at $149.95/hour to install it. I told him he could leave. Ended up spending $75 for a "service call" for no service because the technician would NOT stop talking about selling me a new motor. i was hoping for his expertise in fixing the existing problem, but... No. It was a sales call, pure and simple.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Called on a Saturday morning, they were at my home by 2pm. Eric (my technician) was polite, efficient, and well versed when taking the time to explain and show us issues!! I would recommend to anyone. And just to clarify, product purchased would not all multiple choices, we went with a package that included spring, rollers, and cables which included a 5 year warranty

Wow! What service. First, when I called I never expected that an appointment could be made as quickly as this. I was emailed a message confirming the window I could expect the service person to come right after I hung up the phone. Shortly after that, I received a text message from the service person with the time he expected to come. Here's the shocker-it included a picture of the repair man. Great for seniors to be able to identify who's coming. He arrived ON TIME and introduced himself. The only entrance available was my front door. He offered to remove his boots before entering. Very thoughtful. He explained all of the options available to me and I selected the one that best fit my needs and level of use. No pressure on any options. I respect this. He was polite, respectful, and responsive to my specific needs. Th company has a great website that introduced the service folks and their managers. I really appreciated their use of technology (email, text, and even a live chat with a very polite help person). Finally, after visiting visiting the website, I found that they had an A+ rating with the BBB. I would recommend them to anyone and already let my sister know how we were treated. Great company.

I called Precision after reading so many satisfied customer reviews, and I can add my name to that list, as well. As our garage door lock would no longer engage and stay locked, Collin tried to repair it, but it wouldn't work, so he tried to replace it, but the new lock didn't cover the holes left in the garage door from the previous one, so he replaced it to cover the holes, and suggested the side lock which solved the problem. I was very happy with his work, and he left everything spotless, and I would definitely recommend him and Precision Door Service.
