The estimator Bob Dressler was prompt and explained everything and in five days I was looking at my new garage door. Mike Okonzak was the installer and from start to finish he was so professional and explained every detail to me. i would recommend this company to everyone i know. please keep up the good work....

From my phone call to request an appointment for an estimate until the technician had the estimate ready, I had a pleasant experience. Roy went above and beyond to get our trapped cars out of the garage and get the broken door in a safe, closed position. He assessed the situation and made calls to verify availability. Everything was discussed so the best decision could be made. Safety and consideration was a priority. So glad I made the right call!

Roy Davis absolutely the best!! Found Precision Door with an AI search for door install and Precision came up as the number one installer. Mom responded O yes I love their TV commercials. Called to schedule appointment. Roy Davis was out the following day. Absolutely the best experience possible!!! Tom Gillen Atlanta GA

I purchased a door replacement in November last year. Unfortunately due to the type of opener I have have had multiple issues with it opening and closing. The company has been very responsive to my calls, send a technician out right away, however it just wasn't getting fixed. Matty P came out this week and went right to work. Changing many different things and the door does seem to be working correctly now. Every technician made sure I was satisfied before they left the fixes just didn't seem to last long. Very pleased with customer support and prompt us of service..

Precision Garage Door did not disappoint and made me glad I used them to replace my garage door. From the original service call by Jon T, thru the installation by Matty P, my experience was excellent. Jon thoroughly explained my options and the door styles available. Matty P was a pleasure to deal with as he did the installation and was very thorough in his explanations on how to maintain my door for many years of usage,

From the very beginning, working with Precision was a smooth and completely transparent process. I didn't ever feel like I was being upsold on anything. My salesman listened when I told him cost was my number one priority, and he was able to get me quality doors at an affordable price. Installation also went well. Matty was able to get the job done in about half a day, despite dealing with removing an old and outdated system. He left the job site clean and was sure I understood maintenance and care of the doors before he left. All around, this was a very positive experience.

Roy Davis was a good technician. However, he could not install the keypad. Something was wrong with it. It has been a week, and we have yet to hear when the keypad will be installed. We paid the full amount $1128.83. We just don't want you to forget about us. Please check it out and get a date when this issue will be resolved. Thank you, Paul Merrihew 1049 Ransom Rd.
