From the very beginning, working with Precision was a smooth and completely transparent process. I didn't ever feel like I was being upsold on anything. My salesman listened when I told him cost was my number one priority, and he was able to get me quality doors at an affordable price. Installation also went well. Matty was able to get the job done in about half a day, despite dealing with removing an old and outdated system. He left the job site clean and was sure I understood maintenance and care of the doors before he left. All around, this was a very positive experience.

Roy Davis was a good technician. However, he could not install the keypad. Something was wrong with it. It has been a week, and we have yet to hear when the keypad will be installed. Pat came to fix our door which the spring was broken on it & we wound up paying about $7,000 for a new door. The reason for this was we trusted Pat & he fixed our door anyway so we had a working door while the new one was on order. He was a professional, we sat & talked for a good long time about the options & he was a great sales rep as well as a great maintenance guy. We waited about 3 - 4 weeks for the door to come in & the two gentlemen that came were professional & installed the door in about 3 hours. Have had them install doors at the shop excellent crew prompt on time and keep you informed, When i needed two garage doors for home there was really only one choice job was completed garage was cleaned up garbage removed and doors worked perfectly.
