I couldn’t ask for a nicer technician than Nick. He was friendly and efficient and arrived before his scheduled time. Nick was extremely thorough when explaining potential problems that could occur with my older door. One of the cables was fraying and would probably not made it to the winter. He was just a joy to work with. Will recommend your company to others. Thank you Nick and Precision Door.

I appreciate that Matthew was able to come and look at our garage door within two hours after I made the appointment. He gave our garage door a very thorough inspection and gave me several options and price points to consider regarding upgrading our door. Matt was very knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated that.

I highly recommend Precision Garage, they were very quick to schedule an appointment and communicated very well every step of the way. Nick was great, very professional and he explained the issue so that I could understand. He also explained the charges and any other questions I had. He was able to fix the issue quickly and cleaned up entirely.

I had another company install the doors when the building was new. The springs lost tension and needed to be re-tensioned. The original company wanted to sell me new springs. I don’t use the doors enough to warrant new springs. Thank you for coming out and adding the tension to the springs that are in excellent shape. The service was excellent and the technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

I am extremely happy that I went with this company. When Jeff came out to give me a quote,he assured me that they would not try and increase the quote when they came to do the job. A competeter tried raising the price after I was given a quote and I decided not to go with them. In addition, the quote from Jeff beat the other company. Jeff was true to his word, as well as being a very nice man. The 3 men, all with initials M.J. :) who came out to install the door did an excellent job, they were professional, and gave me all of the information I needed about the door. I would say they went above and beyond on this job fixing the door trim and making sure everything was perfect. Good experience, thank goodness. Even the people who answer the phone are nice!!

So far so great. Percision doors came out within days of my initial call. Jeff came out and immediately was super friendly and knowledgeable about everything he explained. I signed the same day. They beat 3 other prices by hundreds. Almost a thousand cheaper. Obviously this was just the beginning. They said 3-5 weeks for install (standard) I will update once they complete installation. But so far I’ve already recommended them to a few friends. Thanks again.

Matty P and Mike J were very helpful. Met them while I was going for a walk. They were fixing a door for a neighbor. I asked for a card and they did one better than that, they came to my home, assessed my garage. Not pushy and didn’t talk me into anything. I went to the place of business and met Eric who was very patient and listened to my garage door expectations. I am very happy with the way this is all coming together. I definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

The door looks great and functions perfectly. The technician,Matthew, was professional and personable. He did a great job.

Precision had the best value of quality/cost. Initial consult was extremely helpful as the sales representative had immediate access to a professional designer's opinion on what door choice looked best on our house. Installers were professional, friendly, and did a very clean install. The company is called "Precision" for a reason!
