Had an issue with my door not closing, turned out to be that a cable unwound itself. I called up Precision, and within an hour or so, they had someone out to take a look. The technician Eric was able to quickly explain the issue, and some of the typical causes. Eric was also able to suggest some adjustments on my garage door opener and went above and beyond to do the repair work correctly. I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

You might be able to find a better price, but you won’t find better service (or warranty). Same day appointment, friendly, and skilled technician...I was very pleased. Eric was fantastic. I have never had a garage door go up and down so quietly! If you want the best, then call Precision.

Patrick was personable and consultative when showing me options for new doors. Currently, I am doing a complete remodel, so the purchase will be put off until that is completed. In the meantime he fixed my old door which was jammed, in under 20 minutes. It is such a relief to be able to use that door with contractors coming and going. Thank you Patrick!

I've had my garage door for two year, I love it, it's, quiet, functional and attractive, and a life time warranty, can't beat that! This is the first time I've had Precision come since it was installed, just for a tune up and that will be good for at least 10 years, that is peace of mind for me. My technician, was prompt, and knowledgeable. A good product and a good company.

The day I called was the day I got a new garage door opener, ably installed by Dan -- and explained thoroughly before he left. A power surge had zapped the garage door opener. Dan came out the same day I called, explained my options, did NOT try to upsell me, but did explain what else might happen, replaced the door and all in all, it was a very good experience. I'd not only recommend them, I'd purchase another one from them if I had another garage door.

First I want to say why I chose Precision. When we couldn't open our garage door and had an appointment to get to, you came out and helped us and let us get to our appointment. Now, the review. Anthony serviced our door. First, he called to let me know he's coming and on what time. He was right on the button. He was courtous, and very helpful. He did everything we asked and gave a quote BEFORE he did the work. Great service.

My garage door springs broke and I was unable to manually open it-car inside. Mario arrived about 2 hours later and fixed it. Great polite guy. Very informative. I honestly do not know pricing so I could have paid too much or I could have gotten a great deal, but I do know I needed it repaired immediately and that is what I got...with a great tech

Hi William, Just had Anthony leave my house and he did a great job. He was very nice and extremely professional. My only issue, and I won’t post this as a review, is he installed four new garage door sensors at $180.00 pair. I just looked on Amazon and the same sensors are $32.00 pair. I totally understand you need to be profitable but to me that’s a bit excessive wouldn’t you say? It’s not a big job to connect some wires but thought while he was here I’d have him do it I never thought those sensors were that inexpensive, but that‘s on me, lesson learned, I should have checked. It’s to bad because I’ve used Precision a few times and the service is very good. I just can’t deal with that kind of mark up. I won’t post this cause I should have known better and that’s not really my style. You wanted a favor regarding my post, there it is. Unfortunately I was looking for a favor today from Precision, to be charged fairly, , we’ll I guess we both know how that turned out. Have a great day!!! Mark Perna

I contacted Precision through the chat feature on the web site. I had no difficulty communicating what was needed - an estimate on a garage door opener replacement. Cost was presented up front and a technician could come same day. When Mario (technician) arrived, he explained what might be in greatest need of replacement and different price points for repair. I chose the mid-level garage door opener, which he had available on his truck. He got to work right away and promptly completed the installation. He explained the new features when he was done. I was highly satisfied with my experience, and would definitely recommend Precision and Mario for any garage door work you need.

Nice technicians who come to your house, but awful policies. We bought a top of the line garage door, and less than a year later, there were noises. We called Precision, they sent someone out and then insisted on charging $150 plus tax for very minimal service. While I can appreciate that it is a business and not everything should be free, $150 is way too much money for the service performed. If you're looking for service at a fair price, look elsewhere.
