Pat came to fix our door which the spring was broken on it & we wound up paying about $7,000 for a new door. The reason for this was we trusted Pat & he fixed our door anyway so we had a working door while the new one was on order. He was a professional, we sat & talked for a good long time about the options & he was a great sales rep as well as a great maintenance guy. We waited about 3 - 4 weeks for the door to come in & the two gentlemen that came were professional & installed the door in about 3 hours. They we're kind & considerate of me & my questions & it was just a good install all the way around. Thanks so much, Chris

the technician responded quickly to my Saturday call when I discovered my garage cable snapped. I had options and decided to replace the door. my only negative comment involved the length of time it took to get my door ordered. other than that, once it arrived and I scheduled replacement the process went well. the young man who installed the door was professional, courteous and got the job completed timely.

Delightful, responsive sales staff. Price threw me back a bit, but haven’t bought a door in 7-8 years, so maybe…..with inflation and current market conditions. Door is in stock, but Installation booked 3 weeks out, minimally, so not as capable of same responsiveness from the service side.

I would highly recommend Precision Door. We had issues with our garage door opener, I called and Bob the Technician came out the same day. Very knowledgeable and professional. We decided to replace our very old wood 2 car garage door and opener. With Bob's recommendations we placed our order the end of June. The only reason I am not giving a full five stars is at the time of order, we were told the door would be replaced in 4 to 6 weeks. I had to make a call at the 6 week mark to inquire as to the status of our order. At that time I would told it would actually be 8 to 10 weeks. At the 10 week mark I received a phone call and the work was scheduled. Travis came out to install the door, opener and replaced everything. He was remarkably fast but highly competent, very friendly and professional. The work was completed to our satisfaction in a little over 4 hours.

I chose this business because I bought my house a year ago and noticed that you were the place tha installed the door. Our technician, Eric did a great job in a short amount of time. Dispatcher gave us a window from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, and Eric was here at 11:20 am, after calling at 11:00 to let us know he was on his way. Job was finished in less than an hour. Clean, quick, professional, and courteous work. Would definitely recommend.

I love the new door I had installed. It makes a huge impact on the home. The salesman was very friendly and thorough when he came out during the Covid time . He kept his distance.The scheduling was timely. The installers came earlier than scheduled which was fine, they were efficient and cleaned up.

Daniel Sayre arrived within the hour of my call, about my garage door opening and shutting by itself. He went over things it could be and re-set remote from cars, and indoor garage door opener. Also checked wiring for any cuts. As of now, so far everything is good. He was very professional. My only question is when I first called, I was told, it would be a $69 service charge and if they found something, that needed to be fixed,that would come of the bill and I would just have to pay for parts that I needed. I was billed for 1 hour service at $149. I did not think of that until the my wife asked me, what happened to the $69 charge. Other then that, very professional from start to finish, and would recommend. Thanks, Mark.

Eric was great and super personable. Gave me the full spectrum of options to respond to my problem and I did not feel pressured/upsold. Although they did not have a part needed for my particular repair on hand (and I think this is the exception more than the rule with this company from what I can see), they came out and identified the issue the same day I called it in and the whole thing will be resolved within a 3 day turn time - which is really nice. No Hassle, really polite and efficient, clear resolution. Thanks guys!

I had an 08:30 appointment, but the installer did not arrive until 10:00. In his defense, he did contact me and said that he was running a bit behind and if that was going to be a problem. I said that it wouldn't really be a problem. After he arrive, he proceeded to install a beautiful door with quality workmanship. We both checked for proper operation and he gave me lubrication instructions. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Services if you need to replace a garage door.
