Excellent service. Kind and considerate to our needs. We had Overhead Door install a new door, and opener. Had it fixed, then replaced. It broke again and sent out a tech who knew nothing of what he was doing. Ssid they replaced the mother board, which they did not, they replaced a plastic part that drove the chain in and out. Overhead Door blamed malfunction issues on our electric setup. OMG... are they serious? They ssid since it was out of warranty they wouldn't replace it, but would give a estimate for another. They wouldn't do anything to help out. That's when I called your company to check out the problem. It was the mother board, nor the plastic part they put in. Long story short.... WE WILL NEVER CALL OR RECOMMEND OVERHEAD DOOR TO ANYONE. HOWEVER WE WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT YOUR COMPANY. I GIVE THE TECH %100 PLUS. VERY PROFESSIONAL. THANK YOU FOR RESPONDING SO QUICKLY TO OUR NEEDS.

All I wanted was a tune up on my garage door. Not window shop for 3 other options to upgrade maintenance. So, we didn't care for that. I mines well just buy a whole new garage door for those options.
A tune up consists of lubricating your door and making any possible adjustments to make it function better. In most cases there are not many adjustments that can be made and worn parts will need to be replaced. This will prevent your car from being trapped in your garage when your door breaks. It is up to you whether to head our recommendations, but we must make them regardless.

WOW great service and super fast, I phoned at 4:00 pm had a return call by 4:45 and service man was on site by 6:00 pm same day. Problem was broken spring on a 40 year old 10 ft wooden door. Service tech professionally explained process and estimate for repair had all parts on truck and had me up and running smoothly in a half an hour. Great job guys would deffinetly recommend and if needed call again. Thank you

We started out simply needing new remotes for our garage door opener. On Monday evening, Robert P came out. When we called in initially, we advised we need 2 remotes, and that the light in our unit was malfunctioning. When Robert came out, the remotes on his truck were not working with our unit. In the end, he left us with one unit and the light issue persisted and was not diagnosed. We were charged for the service call and one remote. We did not feel satisfied, and called Precision back. Within less than an hour later, I received a callback from Bill, in which he profusely apologized for the fact that we did not receive enough remotes, and that our light issue was not resolved. Bill said that he would come out himself to diagnose our door and deliver and program a second remote Friday evening. On Friday evening, I was running late coming home to meet Bill. He was so calm and understanding, and patiently waited for me and got started on our work while he waited. When I arrived, Bill clearly, concisely, and knowledgably explained possible issues with our unit. He also gave me (at no charge) the second remote. I was so impressed with Bill's personality, knowledge, and expertise. Bill made up more than amply for the previous visit. I told Bill that his handling of the situation would ensure that we came to Precision when it came time for a new unit. Later that evening, my wife and I decided to "take the plunge" and buy a new unit. We contacted Bill back directly, and advised him of the decision. Despite the fact that he was busy and attending to personal business, Bill STILL took the time to field each and every one of my questions, explain every detail, and help us select the best unit for our needs. The following day, Sunday, Mike arrived to complete our installation. Mike was also very knowledgeable about all of the different units available, and helped my wife and I make the most educated decision on our purchase. Mike then inspected our door, and discovered that our spring and door rollers were in poor condition. It was a cold, windy Sunday and the football game was on, but Mike didn't care, rather, he took the time to completely replace everything for us, and properly and accurately install our new opener unit for us. Mike knew exactly what he was doing, and was comforting to speak with, and confident. The new door and parts are SILENT, and work wonderfully! Our new unit, the Lift Master, is top of the line and spectacular! We are beyond thrilled with the new unit, and remotes. In summary, Bill and Mike bent over backwards and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. They came out in adverse weather, dark, dreary conditions, but made our experience with Precision the best it could be. They have earned lifetime customers, and we are more than happy to spread the word about the A+++ experience we enjoyed with Precision! Thank you Anthony and Crew for everything! Ryan and helper showed up within the appointed time frame and began to bring the new door and hardware into the garage immediately. They neatly removed the existing wooden overhead door and tracks and began installing the new steel door. They worked without stopping for three hours to complete the installation, connect the existing Genie door opener, checking operation and make the necessary adjustments to door and opener so that they worked flawlessly together. On completion of the testing phase they cleaned up the work-site including cleaning the new door of all hand prints with spray detergent. I am very happy with the installation and their professionalism. I saw the A rating on Angie's List and am not disappointed with the quality and care. Also, Mr. Paruta keeps in contact through email at every stage of the purchase and installation including links to YouTube related to understanding garage door break in techniques used by criminals. Very valuable to know about. I took the hint and modified the release lever on my garage door opener to keep thieves out.

When the weather changed a few weeks ago the unit would lose the freakwency and the opener would not open the door. I called Precision door and they came and stood by me until they found the problem.
