Matt was born in Buffalo and has a long history as a mechanic before becoming a Precision garage door technician. We consider him Precision's good ol' boy and he loves working on his trucks. He has two dogs and if he's not hanging around the shop you'll find him racing or doing some other home improvement type activity. Matt currently resides outside Lockport with his wife and family.

Matt did a great job replacing my ancient wooden garage door. When he was finished he made sure that I understood how it operated and what I could do on my own to keep it in good shape. Very courteous and professional. And he did not leave until I was sure I had no questions. Great job at a fair price. Recommend!

Precision showed up and issued a fair quote the same day I called. They did a temporary repair on my broken door until the new one could be installed. There was a minor scheduling glitch that they resolved and I now have a great new door. Their installation crew was polite and helpful and did a great job. I'm very satisfied. Thank you.

From day one the quality of service and professionalism was top notch. Matt - the Technician, arrived on time, was very friendly and courteous. He removed the old door, hardware, and automatic door opener. He then installed the new door, hardware, and automatic opener. He cleaned up everything (you wouldn't even know he was there).He explained all the features and operation of the new opener. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a new garage door, a new opener, or a garage door repair.

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! From the person I spoke with on the phone to schedule my service appointment, to the technician (Matthew) who did the work - everything was A+ all the way. The people I dealt with were friendly, helpful, efficient and clearly wanted to make sure I had my needs taken care of. Plus the price was totally reasonable! Mike H was the first technician to come out . He diagnosed the problem & made a repair to the track & roller even though the door was old & obsolete & that company no longer in business! After talking with Mike I realized this was going to be a continuing problem. (This was the 2 nd time a roller broke off &caused havoc ) . A new door was ordered . The 2 techs that came out to install the door were Matt & Travis . They could not have been any nicer . The service was excellent. They were prompt ,neat & informative. ( Besides they laughed at my dumb jokes) . They both are an asset to your business ! I will highly recommend your company !! 5 Stars !!

We have had the overhead garage door since December of 2012, and we never had any problems with it. A week or so ago, some careless worker did something and the door would not open. We called Precision Door Service and they came right away and fixed it in less than half an hour. I would highly recommend Precision Door!
