3% of the bill for using a debit card instead of a check or cash is absurb. Very satisfied with the work and the response time.i have used them before and will continue to use them but I wont pay 3% ever again.

Everything was handled efficiently and at all time went the extra mile to make this experience easy for me. My experience with Precision Doors failed in comparison to any of the other three estimates I received. First did not show me what would be done, just took down information on his laptop. All others went through work to be done. When I asked the price he told me it would be 1700.00 and with the 200.00 valuepak coupon would bring it down to 1500.00. I asked if I paid cash would it lower the cost. Said they accept check or money order. I then inquired about using my Visa card, he said if I did there would be an additional 3.00% added. All others accepted credit card with no additional fee. The invoice I received started with a 1775.00 price and balance of 1632.91. He took off the 200.00, but added a 53.25 electronic processing fee. Not sure what that even is and never mentioned in speaking with technician Pat. All other company estimates were lower and exactly as discussed with no other fees. My neighbor was with me so there was no mistaking the 1500.00 total estimate is what I was told.

Hi Patti, I'm so sorry you weren't happy with your experience with Pat. It sounds like there was a lot of confusion. All of our estimates include a processing fee for credit card or financed invoices. This is removed should you pay with cash or check. That would bring the total to the $1500. We also have a price match guarantee. We will be any written estimate by 5% should you find a similar product for the a lower price.

Precision Door did an amazing job. My door looks great and the technician (matt) was very helpful. My only suggestion is to make call in process easier. Phone service can be frustrating.

Had to have them replace panel on door (my error not product issue). Once again exceptional service. Travis called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. Asked if I had any questions prior to starting and finished quickly and left no mess. I did have a question upon completion and he answered with facts and also stated that if there is any issue even small I can call them.

Just a great job of installing a new door system . I cannot remember the names of the to men that did the job . When completed they took us through the complete operation of the door . Went over proper operation of door , maintenance of the door and rollers as well as safety test that need to be done . They were just great all was cleaned up upon completion . This is what I expected from Precision . Great company to do business with.

Only issue I have is that I had a few different estimates done and precision was the highest of all them! I can go to Hamburg Overhead and get two doors for the price of on with what Precision quoted me.

I had some friends who had a precision door which was very quiet compared to my door which was very old. And so when it came time for a new door I thought of precision and called them. my new door is just as quiet as my friends! it completely met all my expectations. Mike Okonzak was excellent. He arrived when he said he would. He had to replace our two car garage door. Before he began, Mike explained everything he was going to do. When he finished, he showed me what he did. He explained to me how to care for the garage door and the track as well as the importance of using silicone spray as opposed to WD-40. We’re extremely happy with Mike’s high quality workmanship and the high quality materials that Precision offers. Unfortunately, we previously had work done several times by their competitor. Seeing the difference between the two regarding the workmanship and the materials is like “night and day.”
