Precision Door installed my new garage door, and I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with Matthew the installer, the product, and Precision Door.They did everything they said they would, they are very prompt, and knowledgeable about the product they sell and install. When I originally called Precision Door they had Jeff here the same day. Jeff told me it would take 4-6 weeks for the door to arrive and sure enough the door was here in 4 weeks.When Matthew arrived he introduced himself, and before he started he asked if I had any questions.After he finished he didn’t leave until I was completely satisfied and had no questions. Matthew also made sure he picked up any discarded materials and the garage was cleaned. I would definitely recommend Precision Door and Matthew to anyone who asked me who I purchased my door from and the installer. JOB WELL DONE. Thank you Precision Door, John

Mike was amazing!!! Despite working alone and in the pouring rain, my garage door was installed in 3 hours...He took the time to explain proper care and maintenance (I had no idea) and offered some suggestions for when it is time to replace my (old) garage door opener. We just completed the ordering process with Ron (Great guy!!!). He made the process easy with no pressure whatsoever. In other words, he wasn't trying to sell us an expensive filet mignon; he let us purchase what we wanted. He was super helpful and guided us through the process showing us pictures, and explaining the purchase process up front. We're excited to get these doors and show them off. Not only will we love them, but our neighbors will too.

I called Precision around 11:30 and Jeremy and Sean were there before 1:00 to repair my door. The spring and cables were broken. Jeremy and Sean were amazing. Very friendly, kind and professional. They did an amazing job. The door works great now. They were very friendly and I had a great time chatting with them while they worked.
