Hi I'm Dan and I currently reside in Lancaster NY. Before I began my career with Precision I was a machinist and an insurance adjuster. I find solving problems and helping meet customers needs to be very satisfying. That is why I love my career as a service technician. It's also great to be outside everyday. In my spare time I enjoy sporting events and recently took up golf, which I look towards playing more of.

When I called I was very happy with the prompt service. The technician Dave, explained everything to us. He checked over the old equipment, and told us what he could do to fix it. We were very pleased how fast he got the job done. Would recommend highly.

Technician, Daniel S, was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and completed the repair and replacement of all worn parts. Necessary parts were upgraded, as needed, to ensure a prolonged future period of trouble free usage. Great experience overall and I will definitely recommend and use Precision Garage Door Service should the occasion or need arise again.

Daniel Sayre arrived within the hour of my call, about my garage door opening and shutting by itself. He went over things it could be and re-set remote from cars, and indoor garage door opener. Also checked wiring for any cuts. As of now, so far everything is good. He was very professional. My only question is when I first called, I was told, it would be a $69 service charge and if they found something, that needed to be fixed,that would come of the bill and I would just have to pay for parts that I needed. I was billed for 1 hour service at $149. I did not think of that until the my wife asked me, what happened to the $69 charge. Other then that, very professional from start to finish, and would recommend. Thanks, Mark.

Hi Mark, The fee of $69 is waived with repair. Dan spent over an hour at your house tryin to fix your issue and making adjustments. The service was successful and our hourly rate is $149. Let us know when you need service again.

My wife and I were in dire need of our garage door fixed last night 1/24/2020. I googled overhead door and yours popped up first. It was very convenient to actually chat with a live person and explain our situation. It was absolutely easy to set up an appointment with a reasonable time frame. The next morning, I was greeted with a text from your place saying Dan (had a picture of him) would be calling me shortly. He did just that, and arrived by 0800. He was very easy to talk with and work with. He at first stated I would need to replace my garage door. But after a second look, he thought he would be able to salvage my unit. He replaced parts as he went along and explained why they needed fixing, mostly because they were bent. He installed a Boeing arm and once the unit was completely put back in, it worked better than before. The price was right. The explanation was thorough. Dan was great to work with. If needed in the future, we will call your first. Thanks again.

Dan came out to my house to fix my garage door. He was very professional & took great lengths to explain all the options available to completely fix my problem. Unfortunately I needed new parts that had to be special ordered. Got a competitive price matching quote. Awaiting new parts to arrive & he’ll return to install them. Nothing but a great experience. Amazing service and results! I called this morning and a tech was here within the hour. He immediately saw the reason my door would no longer open, gave me 3 different price options/guarantees - we chose one and he completed the work in less that an hour. The parts are much more heavy duty that the original ones that lasted less than 8 years!!

Excellent service! Needed a tech to come-out an diagnose opener problem after storm/power outage. Dan gave me a call 15 minutes before he was supposed to arrive saying that he was on his way and would be there at scheduled time. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair within a half-hour, and that was with completing the entire safety inspection. Would very much recommend Precision Door.

Daniel arrived quickly within the time mentioned to us. We decided not to repair the old opener that was 20 years old and had him install a new opener (PDS-800). He stated it would take about 90 minutes to dismantle the old one and install the new one, which seemed very quick to me! I think it took him even less to do it!! Unbelievable! He also showed us how to program our vehicle's factory remote. Very happy with the job and the technician. Thank you.!
