It was then I ventured out to see what else this area has to offer. It seems I have found my calling working in construction. I especially like to help people anyway I can. Precision Doors has been out several times to repair my old garage door, saving me the expense of replacing it. They are professional and courteous and I have always been able to schedule a prompt appointnent. Eric has been my technician several times including today; he is thorough, polite and takes the time to show me his findings and explain his recommendations. I advised Eric that I like to perform simple home maintenance tasks myself; he showed me the correct way to perform routine lubrication of my door and opener. I highly recommend this company!

Eric was great and super personable. Gave me the full spectrum of options to respond to my problem and I did not feel pressured/upsold. Although they did not have a part needed for my particular repair on hand (and I think this is the exception more than the rule with this company from what I can see), they came out and identified the issue the same day I called it in and the whole thing will be resolved within a 3 day turn time - which is really nice. No Hassle, really polite and efficient, clear resolution. Thanks guys!

The customer service through the install was excellent. Our installer Eric Bruton, sat down and explain the different options and warranties on what may be best suited for my install. Precision Door was recommended through Home Advisor. My garage door would not open this weekend. I was contacted by 9am on Monday, and an appointment was made for the same afternoon. Eric Bruton came to my home, assessed the issue, and wrote up 3 proposals, explaining everything to me. The work was completed in less than 2 hours. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I was very happy with the service I received.

I had some broken springs in my garage door. So I had them replaced and also had it tuned up and the rollers replaced. I am completely satisfied with the scheduling, promptness of visit, and the work performed. Outstanding all around. The garage door is SO much quieter than it was before. Night and day difference after the tune up. Eric was my technician and he arrived punctual. He was very professional and friendly. It was a great experience all around. I definitely recommend !

Very fast Service. Eric thoroughly examined the entire garage door. I have an old Expensive Wood Door and did not want to get a new door. Eric figured out a way to put on all new parts and keep my Garage Door. I was very impressed with Eric and the Service. Thanks Eric
