My name is Rich. Buchman. I had a new door opener installed in April of this year 2013. It worked great all summer! When the weather changed a few weeks ago the unit would lose the freakwency and the opener would not open the door. I called Precision door and they came and stood by me until they found the problem. I would personally like to thank Bill, one of their technician for taking the time to find and correct the problem! I called Precision Door this morning at 8am. I was given an estimated time of arrival between 8 and noon. Their Technician Bill G. arrived before 11 and had my new garage door springs on and the door ready to go by noon. Needed replacement of a broken spring. Service was super prompt. The Technician took a moment to explain a few items. He also submitted a request for an estimate to replace just the lower door panel.
