Work performed was total replacement of worn parts including door springs, cable pullys, and rollers; it is like having a new door. The cost was higher than expected. I mentioned the repair and cost to work associates and thought the price was high and recommended other garage door businesses they used.

Jim we aren't the cheapest company, but a scary fact is that with normal use, industry standard parts are designed to last only 5 years. My garage door opener stopped working Friday night. I called a little after 9am Saturday morning and Patrick was here by 10am. After determining it was not possible to repair the existing opener, Patrick installed an entire new unit in about an hour. Patrick was very personable and did a great job.

My door wasn't working. I called on a Friday and got a Saturday appointment. The tech showed up right on time and found a loose wire in about 2 minutes. The tech was neatly dressed, polite and professional. I would use Precision without hesitation. The only reason I only rated 4 stars is because I was charged $XX For the two minutes of work. I think for he $75, the tech could have at least lubricated the tracks or something. Nevertheless, I would call them again.

Gary, We thank you for the review. Regardless, of how much time we spend at your home to fix your problem there must be some type of charge for coming to your home unless it is a free estimate. Each technician can see five customers a day. Most companies charge much more than this just to show up to your home with no work included

I had a broken cable and Ryan did a great job. He was running late due to an involved job before me but, he called me to explain. His communication was excellent and when he arrived he did the repair, explained everything in detail and was on his way. I would definitely use Precision again.

I noticed in your advertising that your technicians carry all sizes of garage door springs on their trucks. I was not interested in getting an estimate, then waiting on a return visit for the actual repair. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the repair process and price in detail before repairing my garage door springs. Thank you!

We called on a Sunday due to your 24 emergency service that was advertised in the yellow pages. Henry arrived about 3 hours later, and installed new cables, as well as advising we purchase new rollers for the door as well.

Precision seemed pricey compared to others, but I was in no mood to shop around. However my service man was excellent.
