I have been with Precision for just about a decade now. I have had a long career in construction and absolutely love my career here at Precision. I was born and raised in Eden NY. I then traveled to New Orleans to assist FEMA with disaster relief after Hurricane Katrina. I currently reside in West Seneca and have 3 little boys. We love to go 4 wheeling and I spend most of my time outdoors.

I called Precision on November 8, 2018 thinking it would take a week to get an appointment. They were able to come to my house to repair my garage door opener the same day...they actually installed a new garage door system for my mom right before working on my garage unit! Rob was very nice and personable. I would certainly use Precision in the future!

Your technician, Rob, is very personable. I called your office on Sunday and he arrived on Monday morning! He explained the entire door replacement procedure to us in detail. On a Saturday afternoon, the spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision Garage Door and a service technician was at our house within 2 hours, and it wasn't even an emergency call for service. Rob from Precision did a complete inspection of the door and explained what should be replaced, and the cost of repairs. We opted to go with a rebuild package, which carried a 7 year warranty on parts and labor. Rob did a great job with the repairs, showed us some damaged parts that would have failed had they not been replaced, and was very thorough. Rob represents your company extremely well, and is a great asset to Precision Garage Door. I definitely would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I was extremely impressed with the promptness and professionalism that Bob D. showed when I called to have my garage door spring replaced. He checked the entire door system out, which turned out to be a good thing since the door cables were frayed and the bearings were worn. He gave me with several options to choose from to address the issues. He was also very efficient.

I needed a complete single rebuilt package. I bought my house 5 years ago and I have no idea how old the garage door opener was. I was sure the opener was on borrowed time. The opener fell apart at 10 AM. I called Precision and within 2 hours a repair man was on his way. His name was Bob and he was professional and took the time to explain everything I needed. I ordered a door an automatic door opener for my garage. They put the door up, forgot the windows, an never put my trim up. They said another company will do the trim. Now they say that Precision does the trim. I am still waiting!! It is July 22nd. I will think twice from now on when it sounds to good to be true.

Yes Tammy, We took over the aluminum wrapping from the subcontractor we were using because they couldn't keep up. I see the manufacturer also sent your window panel without the windows, even though it was labeled a window panel. These things sometimes happen, especially when dealing with such high volume. We will calling you to schedule the swap out for the correct panel as well as the wrap so it is done on the same day. The panel should be in shortly, so you will be hearing from us soon.

The majority of my automatic garage door system that was installed by a different company circa 1999 was replaced by Precision back in January of this year. Rob was amazing. We can’t say enough great things about him personally and about the service of this company. We called with an urgent issue and they sent someone right out that afternoon/evening. Rob called when he was in his way and came well within the window they gave us . He was friendly and ridiculously knowledgeable about what was needed. He didn’t try to upsell us and we were comfortable right away that we were being taken care of by the right person and company. After we settled on a plan, he got right to work and had our repair completed in a timely and efficient manner. He explained everything thoroughly and we felt confident that we understood the work he’d done and how we needed to maintain the door going forward. After telling us over and over to let him know if we needed anything to make sure we were happy with our door, he wished us a happy holiday. What a great person. And what great service. Our door works well and it’s good to know we have a strong company and a guarantee to back up the investment we made.
