I have been with Precision for just about a decade now. I have had a long career in construction and absolutely love my career here at Precision. I was born and raised in Eden NY. I then traveled to New Orleans to assist FEMA with disaster relief after Hurricane Katrina. I currently reside in West Seneca and have 3 little boys. We love to go 4 wheeling and I spend most of my time outdoors.

Service was quick!! We use our garage door as a main entry to our house so when the spring broke this morning it was a major inconvenience. Since it was a Saturday, we were concerned about how soon we could get it repaired. Called for service at 10AM and repair was completed by 11:30AM. Ended up having additional items replaced so we don't get stuck again.

24/7 service and weekend appointments prompted me to contact you. Your Customer Service Representative was very helpful, kind and courteous and was able to get a repairman dispatched to us on the same day (late Saturday afternoon). Robert contacted me prior to arriving at our home to give me an expected time of arrival and he actually arrived a few minutes early. Robert looked at the situation and explained what was going on and then gave us three repair options and he thoroughly explained each option and answered any questions we had pertaining to the repair. We chose Option #2 and Robert went right to work in the bitter cold and not very well lit circumstances and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently plus he identified a wiring problem with our remote access sensors and after speaking with his Supervisor gave us a great quote to come back and fix the wiring problem. Robert was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain all of the problems with resolutions and was able to quickly fix the problem in no time at all. He also explained what we would need to do to keep all of the new moving parts operating smoothly. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door (especially Robert) and will tell other friends and family about your outstanding service and the great experience I has with your company. The team that assisted me during these bone chilling temperatures so that we would be able to get my Mom to dialysis today (Monday) were awesome! The garage door when it goes up and down is very quiet sounding and works more smoothly. Can't thank you and your team enough for the assistance -- we are so grateful.

We needed a new garage door opener and I had no idea who to go with. I decided to give Precision a try because they had the highest ratings across the sites I checked. I understand why they have good reviews. They came out the next day and arrived ON TIME! Rob was awesome! He measured the space he had to work with and explained what he would have to do before he moved forward. The price for the new Installer was fair and he even waited while I confirmed the price/job with my husband. Once everything was installed, he explained how it worked and even gave us tips for keeping our garage door working longer. I would recommend Precision to anyone. In fact, we are calling the Gutter Side of this company because the installation went so well. Thanks Precision!

I went from a repair call to a lifetime customer! Initially, my husband and I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to fix the springs which broken in half on my old 1980s wood door. Since usually, my husband fixes things around the house we never usually need to find an expert, but we thought this would be a bigger job and it would require an expert. I called around, and Precision was the quickest to get back to me along with sending out an expert to our house to assess the situation. The expert ended up being Robert who was supposed just to fix my springs, but ultimately, after comparing costs of repair vs. a new door was going to sell us a new garage door. The entire door buying process took under 10 minutes, which included looking at styles, colors, and what we considered a "no-brainer" - Choose to go with the lifetime insulated door with stainless steel parts! Everything was done electronically and sent to me via email which was so much easier than having paper copies of everything. I was able to get an install time setup, and they even send an email showing who will be coming to your house to install your door. The professional installer was Matt, who was on time, professional, and knowledgeable when we had asked some questions regarding the install process. The door went up in no time and worked on the first run with ease! Matt explained how the door worked along with making me aware of some general maintenance that I could perform on the door before the winter season! I was happy to see how well he cleaned up the garage area before leaving our house. This was by far the best experience that I have had on a customer level for any service work done on my house, and I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anybody who was looking for repair or replacement of their Garage Door.

Your technicians were very professional and took the time to review the problems with the existing garage door and made several recommendations. They informed me that the new garage door would take 4 weeks before installation and secured the existing damaged door to prevent an accident. I felt confident with Rob Dressler and his associate that a new OH door was necessary.and further bids were not necessary.

Apparently you didn't read/review what I originally wrote. I would not choose you and didn't. Your tech person, although personable----tried to spin and parley the simple cable repair into a $900 rebuild of all moving parts, or a new door for around $2K. I lost confidence in the honesty of what and how the door could be fixed.

We gave you 7 options to fix or replace your door ranging from $149 to fix your cables all the way up to replace the old wood door including a lifetime warranty. The decision is yours, we can only give recommendations. You chose to do nothing, I would suggest trying another company.

Robert D was excellent. Gave us 3 options to repair our garage. This gave us an opportunity to choose what best fit our budget. He was very thorough explaining the problem. Also, gave a tip on yearly maintenance that we could do ourselves to prevent further problems. I wish I called Precision when we had the new door installed. I am going to tell as many people as I can about the great service received.

Rob called before coming and showed up when he said he would. The job was completed in the first hour of the two hour window that they gave to show up. He explained what I needed and fixed my door in under the time that he said it would take in a friendly and professional manner.
