Because of the awesome quality and warranty you give to your product and good pricing. Colin was a great representative of your company. He was very knowledgeable and curtious. Unfortunately we had to purchase from "Brand X" because they could install in 2-3 weeks. Probably be calling you to replace this door in a few years. Sorry the 4-6weeks out didn't work for us. Hi, Bill, Three years ago YOU rebuilt my large garage door. I have been so incredibly satisfied, I have told all my friends. It is a wooden door and I could not obtain a matching door for the second garage door for my second door. When the touchpad on my second door was inop, naturally I called Precision. Mario, today's service person was THE GREATEST GENTLEMAN EVER! He explained the options, extremely well, not trying to Influence me. He was very well organized, neat, professional. I would be proud to recommend him/Precision to anyone! He is definitely an asset to Precision.

I was very impressed by the quality of your doors, your life time warrantee, and service. Your installer's, Ryan and Brian are a great team, they are on the same page at all times. They did a great job in removing an old door and replacing it with a Precision Garage Door. They also pickup and cleaned the area. Very nice guys. Your company's training for employees was noticed. William is an excellent technician friendly and an extemely hard worker. I originaly needed to replace some rusted out wheels on the rails but with a 60 year old garage door decided to go with a new door, opener, and keypad. At both the initial repair and door replacement William called prior and arrived promptly. The company also sends out an email with the installers profile and credentials along with arrival times. The installation took more than a few hours due to painted over and rusty screws and bolts. William performed his installation professionally explaining his tasks, operation of the door, and warranty. I have no complaints and would recommend the company and William highly.
