Rob Dressler was great to deal with. He sized up the repair that I previously failed at doing, told me what was needed, what could be improved, and presented different options without any pressure. He was able to make the needed repairs on the spot quickly and told me a maintenance idea for prolonging the bottom of my older door, that is prone to weather related rust. He encouraged me to call back if I encountered any problems.

I had new garage doors and full assembly package which included motors, guides and cables. My service technician was Travis Leader who was very professional and proficient in his task. Your technician Mario was wonderful. He was here right on time even a little early. He was very courteous and knowledge. And done in under an hour. He diagnosed what was wrong and we decided to replace our old opener with a new one. Its sooo quiet, I love it . I also love that it came with a wireless keypad on the outside. Thank you. Hopefully we will enjoy it for years to come.

Right from the start. When we called they sent out that day a Technician, Patrick M. Who was polite and friendly and very informative. We order our new doors. 2 new garage doors, garage openers, the works. Travis, the Installer. who was polite and friendly did a phenomenal job of installing. Travis not only went through and showed us everything he had done once finished but his work was meticulous. We are so pleased and would highly recommend Precision Garage.

The entire experience from the phone call to the end result was exceptional. The tech arrived sooner than expected (bonus) and was very clear about what the options were. He didn't try to sell a whole new door or opener system. He diagnosed the problem and explained the three options he recommended. It wasn't the typical up sell. He was completely equipped with everything to do the job on his truck and after we decide on which option to go with, he immediately got to work and the door was working better than ever in no time. He took all the old broken parts with him and was very thorough in his clean up. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone I know. Overall experience was amazing!

Put in a call because a spring and its cables failed on our garage door. We were told that someone would be out on Saturday between 8am and 12pm to give a quote. Your tech, Daniel Sayre, called at about 7:40, said he'd be arriving at 8am, and showed up right on the dot. I have to say that he was one of the friendliest and straightforward service techs I've ever dealt with. He evaluated the situation, gave us all the options, and then had all the requested work done in under two hours. I will definitely be recommending you guys to anyone who needs garage door work done. Thanks again!

I read a bunch of reviews before calling and decided to give this company a shot - i reviews are amazingly accurate - i called about 12:30 Eric was here by 2 - he tried everything he could to fix our issue without having to change the motor , unfortunately that didn’t work , so he left and i called about 5 minutes later to say we were going to install the new motor - he was back before 4pm and did a fantastic job , explained all of the options , wasn’t pushy and was completely transparent- he did a fantastic job installing new sensors , new springs , new motor, keypad etc. i will recommend to anyone in need of assistance

My garage door springs broke and I was unable to manually open it-car inside. Mario arrived about 2 hours later and fixed it. Great polite guy. Very informative. I honestly do not know pricing so I could have paid too much or I could have gotten a great deal, but I do know I needed it repaired immediately and that is what I got...with a great tech

Daniel arrived quickly within the time mentioned to us. We decided not to repair the old opener that was 20 years old and had him install a new opener (PDS-800). He stated it would take about 90 minutes to dismantle the old one and install the new one, which seemed very quick to me! I think it took him even less to do it!! Unbelievable! He also showed us how to program our vehicle's factory remote. Very happy with the job and the technician. Thank you.!
