Put in a call because a spring and its cables failed on our garage door. We were told that someone would be out on Saturday between 8am and 12pm to give a quote. Your tech, Daniel Sayre, called at about 7:40, said he'd be arriving at 8am, and showed up right on the dot. I have to say that he was one of the friendliest and straightforward service techs I've ever dealt with. He evaluated the situation, gave us all the options, and then had all the requested work done in under two hours. I will definitely be recommending you guys to anyone who needs garage door work done. Thanks again!

I read a bunch of reviews before calling and decided to give this company a shot - i reviews are amazingly accurate - i called about 12:30 Eric was here by 2 - he tried everything he could to fix our issue without having to change the motor , unfortunately that didn’t work , so he left and i called about 5 minutes later to say we were going to install the new motor - he was back before 4pm and did a fantastic job , explained all of the options , wasn’t pushy and was completely transparent- he did a fantastic job installing new sensors , new springs , new motor, keypad etc. i will recommend to anyone in need of assistance

My garage door springs broke and I was unable to manually open it-car inside. Mario arrived about 2 hours later and fixed it. Great polite guy. Very informative. I honestly do not know pricing so I could have paid too much or I could have gotten a great deal, but I do know I needed it repaired immediately and that is what I got...with a great tech

Daniel arrived quickly within the time mentioned to us. We decided not to repair the old opener that was 20 years old and had him install a new opener (PDS-800). He stated it would take about 90 minutes to dismantle the old one and install the new one, which seemed very quick to me! I think it took him even less to do it!! Unbelievable! He also showed us how to program our vehicle's factory remote. Very happy with the job and the technician. Thank you.!

I called Precision because my garage door springs had snapped. Mario Umbach was dispatched to my house and arrived right on time. Mario assessed the situation and advised me on my repair options. He was very professional and thorough. After figuring out what I needed he started on the repairs. You could tell he knew what he was doing, was very careful and kept his work area clean. He made the repairs in about a hour and now my garage door works like new. If you want a good quality job call and request Mario Umbach.

Hi William, Just had Anthony leave my house and he did a great job. He was very nice and extremely professional. My only issue, and I won’t post this as a review, is he installed four new garage door sensors at $180.00 pair. I just looked on Amazon and the same sensors are $32.00 pair. I totally understand you need to be profitable but to me that’s a bit excessive wouldn’t you say? It’s not a big job to connect some wires but thought while he was here I’d have him do it I never thought those sensors were that inexpensive, but that‘s on me, lesson learned, I should have checked. It’s to bad because I’ve used Precision a few times and the service is very good. I just can’t deal with that kind of mark up. I won’t post this cause I should have known better and that’s not really my style. You wanted a favor regarding my post, there it is. Unfortunately I was looking for a favor today from Precision, to be charged fairly, , we’ll I guess we both know how that turned out. Have a great day!!! Mark Perna

Mark, I'm sorry you were unhappy with the price of our service. We believe there is value in sending a certified technician to your home in a fully stocked truck. We are not a delivery company like amazon and do not send delivery drivers. Regardless of the cost of the product the labor and overhead is what dictates the final price. Our labor fees are competitive with our industry and all our technicians are IDEA certified.

I needed a new remote but you charged me 149.00 for 10 minutes labor I think that is excessive. price gouging at its best.

Hi Carol, The customer service rep should have quoted this price over the phone. There is a minimum charge of $149 for up to an hour of labor to deliver and program remotes and keypads. We listened to the call and she did not quote you properly. We have issued a refund for the $149.

Called Precision Door for new weather stripping on our garage door. Eric B.was our technician and he did a great job installing it. He was on time, very efficient, explained everything and was very courteous. The receptionists were also very helpful and courteous.
