when I got the "panic" call from my Husband who does NOT deal with stress well. I told him to go into the gat=rage & RIGHT next to the garage door opener was your sticker with your name & phone#... I then proceeded to call myself in the event he wouldn't & you guys were out within 2 hours which was GREAT!!! The only bad thing is we weren't prepared to have a $500.00 bill but apparently the last two times you guys came out pretty much everything was replaced except for the springs... So pretty much we have a brand new garage door & hopefully nothing else will go wrong... You guys are great! BOB WAS HERE IN ONE HOUR ,REPLACED BROKEN SPRING WITH A MUCH HEAVIER ONE PUY NEW ROLLERS . DOOR RUNS MUCH QUIETER INSTALL WAS DONE IN ABOUT ONE HOUR . VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE MAN

I contacted Precision because I needed service to be completed on my garage door. My sister, who just had a new door installed at her home, highly recommended them. When setting up the appointment, the assistant was very kind and courteous. The work I requested was to replace the rubber striping on the bottom of door and a tune-up. On date of service, Eric Bruton contacted me to advise he was on his way. Upon arrival, Eric and I talked about the door and the issue and wanted to know what my expectations of him would be. Upon completion, he went over everything he did and no mess was left behind. He did an excellent job, was knowledgeable and courteous. Going forward, I will using Precision for all my garage door needs.

Eric the technician called at 7:40 and advised that he would be arriving in 20 mins which was perfect because the window for service was 8-10 a.m. He arrived on time spoke with me regarding our issues with our garage door opener, performed an inspection and proceeded to give us our options to address those issues. This was done without any pressure, there was no hard sell. We decided to replace our ancient garage door opener and to get new rollers and ball bearings. He completed the job in less than 2 hours all the while being courteous, polite and very patient while answering my many questions. It was a pleasure working with Eric and we now have an amazingly efficient and much quieter functioning garage door.

Rob Dressler was great to deal with. He sized up the repair that I previously failed at doing, told me what was needed, what could be improved, and presented different options without any pressure. He was able to make the needed repairs on the spot quickly and told me a maintenance idea for prolonging the bottom of my older door, that is prone to weather related rust. He encouraged me to call back if I encountered any problems.

The entire experience from the phone call to the end result was exceptional. The tech arrived sooner than expected (bonus) and was very clear about what the options were. He didn't try to sell a whole new door or opener system. He diagnosed the problem and explained the three options he recommended. It wasn't the typical up sell. He was completely equipped with everything to do the job on his truck and after we decide on which option to go with, he immediately got to work and the door was working better than ever in no time. Your tech, Daniel Sayre, called at about 7:40, said he'd be arriving at 8am, and showed up right on the dot. I have to say that he was one of the friendliest and straightforward service techs I've ever dealt with. I read a bunch of reviews before calling and decided to give this company a shot - i reviews are amazingly accurate - i called about 12:30 Eric was here by 2 - he tried everything he could to fix our issue without having to change the motor , unfortunately that didn’t work , so he left and i called about 5 minutes later to say we were going to install the new motor - he was back before 4pm and did a fantastic job , explained all of the options , wasn’t pushy and was completely transparent- he did a fantastic job installing new sensors , new springs , new motor, keypad etc. i will recommend to anyone in need of assistance

My garage door springs broke and I was unable to manually open it-car inside. Mario arrived about 2 hours later and fixed it. Great polite guy. Very informative. I honestly do not know pricing so I could have paid too much or I could have gotten a great deal, but I do know I needed it repaired immediately and that is what I got...with a great tech
