I was definitely disappointed in the cost of the repair to my garage door. I will definitely look else where the next time I need my garage door repaired. Another thing that made me wary was the repair man kept saying the the repair is warranted for exactly 1 year not one day later which makes me wonder how long this repair will last. The cost was exorbitant will not use again.
Nancy, thank you for taking the time to review us. The option you chose to fix your door was the lowest cost option available, and competitive when compared to our competitors. Your door was purchased through another company and only 5 years old. The springs were broken. This is not a good indication of a high quality door. Our recommendation would be to upgrade to a better spring with a better warranty. I am confident the springs we put on your door will last longer than one year, however our recommendation would be to upgrade the existing parts on the door that we can tell will be an issue going forward.

Outstanding service! Service Tech Eric showed up only two-hours after I scheduled an appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem of our garage door not closing properly. Eric expertly made necessary adjustments, took additional time to lubricate wheels and tracks and offered additional advice for preventive maintenance at no extra charge. Precision installed our garage door and opener approximate 8 years ago. To date, this is the only problem with this door and opener even though it was a result of normal repeated mechanical usage. The price was affordable and fair. TY Eric!!!

We decided to purchase our new garage door and opener from Precision after evaluating estimates and experiences with 2 other local companies, one of which said the job couldn't be done. Precision's materials and warranty were superior to the others and expert installation (a week earlier than projected)matched company standard for professionalism. Installers Travis and partner (Boris?) called 10 minutes before arrival as promised and completed a challenging installation (garage is 80+ years old and "settled") in about 3 1/2 hours as predicted. Could not be happier with Precision. Customer phone service is superb as well. AAAAA+++++

I had a rear garage door replaced. The old one was made out of wood and has seen better days. The technicians are very professional and keep the work site clean. Anyone I talk with in these company is very polite. They will be getting any work I may have from know on. These is the second job they have done for me.

Very pleased with my experiences with Precision. After a sent a request online for a service call, I received a phone call with an hour, and a repair truck was on the way the same day. I needed to have the outdoor keypad checked and Dan, the service tech, called before he came, and was so professional and efficient that he was finished with the work within 30 minutes. Great job!

The day I called was the day I got a new garage door opener, ably installed by Dan -- and explained thoroughly before he left. A power surge had zapped the garage door opener. Dan came out the same day I called, explained my options, did NOT try to upsell me, but did explain what else might happen, replaced the door and all in all, it was a very good experience. I'd not only recommend them, I'd purchase another one from them if I had another garage door.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am with the people at precision garage door my garage door broke in the middle of the night I went on their website and did a chat now discussion and within minutes I was scheduled for a repair the next day within a two-hour time frame the technician named Bob was on time courteous extremely knowledgeable and had the repair done in no time he gave me three options to choose from and thoroughly explained what each option entailed. And what was even more impressive I had the door installed buy a different local company from Hamburg. Unfortunately I was not pleased with the workmanship and or the customer service from that company so I chose to call precision door and I know that I made the right choice. I highly recommend this company and the service man Bob who went above and beyond to explain what I needed and reassured me that if I needed anything else to please do not hesitate to call. when I got the "panic" call from my Husband who does NOT deal with stress well. I told him to go into the gat=rage & RIGHT next to the garage door opener was your sticker with your name & phone#... I then proceeded to call myself in the event he wouldn't & you guys were out within 2 hours which was GREAT!!! The only bad thing is we weren't prepared to have a $500.00 bill but apparently the last two times you guys came out pretty much everything was replaced except for the springs... So pretty much we have a brand new garage door & hopefully nothing else will go wrong... You guys are great! I contacted Precision because I needed service to be completed on my garage door. My sister, who just had a new door installed at her home, highly recommended them. When setting up the appointment, the assistant was very kind and courteous. The work I requested was to replace the rubber striping on the bottom of door and a tune-up. On date of service, Eric Bruton contacted me to advise he was on his way. Upon arrival, Eric and I talked about the door and the issue and wanted to know what my expectations of him would be. Upon completion, he went over everything he did and no mess was left behind. He did an excellent job, was knowledgeable and courteous. Going forward, I will using Precision for all my garage door needs.
